1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing www.resuma.pk ("Resuma", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Resuma is a job search engine that connects job seekers in Pakistan with employers. The Service provides job listings, company profiles, applications and related tools for both candidates and employers.

3. Accounts

• · You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• · You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account.
• · You must provide accurate information when registering.
• · One person may hold one account; creating duplicate accounts is not permitted.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• · Post fraudulent, misleading or unlawful job listings.
• · Impersonate any person or company.
• · Scrape, harvest or otherwise copy listings at scale without permission.
• · Upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload or compromise the Service.
• · Discriminate against candidates in violation of Pakistani law.

5. Job listings

Employers are solely responsible for the content they post. Resuma reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or applicable law. Listings do not constitute an offer of employment — hiring decisions are made between employer and candidate.

6. Applications and resumes

When you apply for a job, your application data is shared with that employer for recruitment purposes only. Resuma is not a party to any employment relationship and is not responsible for employer conduct.

7. Intellectual property

The Resuma name, logo, design and software are owned by Resuma.pk. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep listings accurate and current, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of any job listing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resuma.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including from a hiring decision.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@resuma.pk.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
